Leith House has always been good for its inhabitants. Relaxation around the braaivleis fires has always been a priority, and now even more so.
Almost everything done and experienced at Leith House are stored in the memory bank. Therefore the new braai facilities erected at the end of the third term will definitely add to the wealth of stories and tales emanating from hostel life. Mr Dries van der Wal’s mind was the origin of this excellent idea – an idea that became a reality, adding to the high regard held by the boys and staff members of Grey’s senior hostel.
Tom Annandale Builders ensured that the facility became a worthwhile addition to the school grounds from the first impression. The young men of Leith House now have even more to be proud of, thanks to the initiative of Mr Dries van der Wal and the rest of the hostel family.
